Forbidden acces to webpage

I try to enter this site using Comodo Dragon and I get an “403 Forbidden” message. Why is that?
I can access this site with other browsers (e.g. Maxthon, Internet Explorer), but not with Comodo Dragon.

Any similar problems at other people? Thanks very much and good luck :slight_smile:
