Forbid an application to use an IP range?

I have an application on my computer that I want to only be able to access the internet on specific IP ranges. For example I want it to be able to use internet connections that have IP 94.xxx.xxx.xxx, but I don’t want it to be able to use internet connections that have IP 95.xxx.xxx.xxx.

Do you know how this can be done?
