I have latest CIS in Windows 7 and Windows 10.

The firewall function “block all” works well in Win10, i.e. it blocks access to the internet,
but does nothing in Win7, even after ~10 minutes, connection to the web is still open, webmail & browsing fully working.

Can the Win7 malfunction be fixed?

Run and attach the diagnostic report and system information report.
