Firewall turns itself On, Settings do not save.

Hi guys, hoping someone can help

We have CIS Deployed on our systems

On that system is a program that I access from another system, for some reason the firewall is blocking the connection.
but if I turn the firewall off it comes back on itself I have tried adding rules etc but CCS does not save the settings.

Has anyone got any advice with this type of issue?

Are you turning off the Firewall from the systray? In that case you will be prompted to choose how long you would like to disable it. 15, 30 or 6o minutes or permanently. What do you choose.

Or are you turning it off under Options?

What rules did you make to allow for the incoming traffic?
