When the computer is first turned on, sometimes the firewall is not activated. All of the Security Monitoring options will be turned off. I am unable to turn them back on. Is there a way to fix this without restarting the computer?
I have version 2.4.19.185 Comodo Firewall Pro. I use broadband connection to the internet. Windows XP Home, log in as Admin. Other software: BOClean, Avira AntiVir, and WinPatrol
