Since running updater , now cannot see any method of running scan , it is not an available option . Any suggestions how to rectify ?
If you updated to the latest version of CFP (3.5), the on demand scanner has been removed. CIS has a full fledged AV but IDK why the basic scanner was removed when installing CFP only.
If you want to you can add this request to the Wishlist it has been asked for but no member have added it to the wishlist yet.

Just FYI the built in CFP 3.0 Updater only updates the Firewall, However you can also go to Control Panel>Add/Remove>Uninstall CIS & Add the Antivirus Component there, Then you have full CIS. But pls don’t run 2 AV’s.
