No, I am at home with a single laptop connected with a cable to a wireless modem to access the Internet
Culd it be something to do with Updates from either MS or Avast?
If it is it defeats the purpose of a Firewall, as you are not sure who the other computer is…

Please, see my amended last entry:
I have rebooted once again and the svchost warning comes up again. 213.199.162.203 UDP is trying to access my computer through Port 1026.
I tried that adress but nothing came up.
