Firewall not functioning properly

Hi, I have a “Firewall not functioning properly” error, I ran diagnostics and it cannot fix all errors and creates
a text log file about 100 pages long that I don’t understand.

How do I fix it? and if I am running Windows Firewall too, does it matter?
I’m running Vista Home Premium 32bit

Welcome.

It is not recommended to run two firewalls simultaneously because they can conflict. Besides, COMODO firewall does everything and more than what Windows’ firewall does.

Try an uninstall and reinstall.

Can you try the following:

Open a command-box (Start, Type cmd in the searchbox, Select the program and chose “Run as Admin”).

C:\Windows\system32>net start inspect
The requested service has already been started.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2182.

If it shows anything else please open the Windows Eventviewer and and check your system log for Errors.
