I tried to install COMODO Internet Security 2013 with the firewall but when the installation gets up to 99% the firewall driver installs and makes the System process use up 100% of the CPU all the time and freezes the PC to a halt. There seems to be incompatibilities with Infotecs ViPNet Office and their drivers (http://www.infotecs.biz) and I would like this fixed in the next minor release.
Can you please try running the cleanup tools I recommend in this post and see if you are then able to install CIS.
I’m sorry, but following that advice will allow us to eliminate a lot of possible problems. Please let me know of the results.
