firewall makes losing internet connection

Hello! How are you today?
I have a question about Comodo internet firewall.
When I install comodo internet security firewall driver under the “Local Area Connection Properties”. Then I am losing
the internet connection. So, I removed comodo Internet Security firewall Driver from the “local area commection properties”
Then internet commection is working again.

So. Which part of firewall should I check up?

What Windows version you are using? Try running diagnostics from under Miscellaneous. Let us know it if can fix it and what it says.

When Diagnostics cannot fix it can you show us screenshots of your Global Rules (Firewall → Advanced → Network Security Policy) and Firewall logs (Firewall → Common Tasks → View Firewall Events)? Also let us know what other security programs are running in the background.
