Firewall is not working properly (serious problem)

Windows 2003 Web Server SP2
After the install of the latest version (ive tried 2 versions ,an older one which is stable release and the latest) or the older before that , they both are giving me errors about:
The network firewall is not functioning properly!

Below is the report from the firewall diagnostic tool which didnt help too.

Hi darky and welcome,

I am sorry but CIS needs XP or above. The old firewall which ran on previous systems is no longer supported.

CIS does not support Windows Server 2003.

The only “serious problem” I see here is your failure to read the system requirements on the main page.

System Requirements:

* XP (SP2) / Vista 32 bit
* 64 MB RAM
* 70 MB hard disk space

I am having a problem with Internet security , the icon does not start, so I thought I would uninstall and reinstall, well Comodo internet security doesnt so up in Add remove, and the installer tells me its installed, so I wont to modifie is so I click yes but the installer disappears and doesnt do anything, how can I fix this?

Sounds like you need to do a COMPLETE uninstall and reinstall. See here.
