Firewall Fails To Load At Startup Following Update

I received a notice that there was an update available (v.3.14.129887.586) for My Comodo Firewall.
Following the update and reboot, the firewall now fails to load at Windows XP startup.
Please advise.

Click on the CIS icon on your desktop or under Start → Programs. When the client program starts go to Miscellaneous → Diagnostics and let it run. Does that fix it?

When it doesn’t fix it uninstall the firewall, reboot and run this clean up tool to be on the safe side of things. Download the latest version, 3.14 and install it.
