The IP is from my router, but I don’t understand what is happening and why and if this should be blocked. On average, every 10 seconds a line like this gets in the event log.
This is Upnp traffic from your pc. What this is for is to help the pc discover Upnp devices on a network(printers and the like). I have a wireless Linksys router and it puts out the same traffic to my machine. You might also see traffic in the log on port 1900 too. This is from your router and it does the same thing. They are both broadcasts to find Upnp devices.
I personally allowed the traffic but if you don’t it won’t hurt anything unless you have a Upnp device on your network.
