I think there are two possibilities here
For (1) You can verify by creating a rule for an application that does outgoing traffic like a browser and switch the allow rule to set logging enabled, then cause traffic and see if something shows up.
For (2) You can try to set the firewall to “Block All” and see if that isolates your computer from the network.
If not please post your Network Interface details like make/model/driver version etc…

I assume your running 5.x BETA?
Can you please verify if the “Comodo Internet Security Firewall Driver” service is attached to the network adapter (Adapter Properties). If it is can you please post a bug-report in the 5.x.1066 thread?
Yes im running Comodo 5.x beta and the
“Comodo Internet Security Firewall Driver” service already attached to the network adapter , so i think its a bug , i will post a bug report soon.
thanks & best regards
