Firewall doesnt keep settings

I use pigdin (it is an IM programm for many protocols).
The programm is locatet at my encrypted drive (truecrypt). This means the programm is not alway avaiable, because the drive is not mountet. On each reboot i have to permit the programm the connection. Comodo doesnt keep its settings.
You can compare it with an tool at a USB-Stick.

How can i set connection rights for this programm (forever)?

You can’t. It is by design. Removable devices are treated as unsafe. They can not be constantly monitored. That’s why the rules are not remembered.

Is there no way to keep this setting?

Not at all. Sorry to be the bringer of the bad news here. 88)
