Firewall - Defense+ HIPS' rules losing

HIPS’ list of setted rules get lost continuously on Firewall vers. 7/8 and I’m forced to refill the list of rules every time.
That didn’t happen when I had Firewall vers. 5 where the list of trusted files was stable.
How could I fix that?
