If this has all ready been mentioned apologies I have missed it
It would be good if CIS FW alerts, all alerts for that matter came to the front on every screen, at present it only appears when in desktop mode.
I now understand the purpose of the audio alerts however the alerts can be missed when the volume is muted.

If you mean a visual alert when you are in the metro UI/Modern UI then I’ve asked that question/made that wish before and I think that the answer I got was that it is not possible to show alerts over that, I’m not sure if that is true though. I will try to find my topic about it.

This is what I was asking about 
It’s a shame if it’s not possible for alerts to take focus any time whether in “Metro” or not
I guess the audio alert will suffice also have increased the alert time out to its maximum length
