If I set the rule to treat Firefox as my web browser it blocks access to the webcam at the marina in Spain where I keep my sailboat. This seems to be quite harmless, so I wonder if it is a bug.
As I write it is dark there so nothing shows.
I have put Firefox back to custom to gain access.

You would have to use a custom policy but copy from “Web Browser”

Hi, JamesFrance.
It happens because you use non standard 85 port for your web-cam access.
You can manually add a rule allowing TCP out to 85 port for Firefox.
