Firefox Extension keeps getting signals

I use a Firefox extension – Flashgot – that controls downloads in Firefox. Every time I start Firefox, I get a message box from CIS about Flashgot, showing me Flashot.exe.

Flashgot is in my trusted files, so why do I keep getting boxes on it? I check the “Trust everything from this publisher” but that doesn’t stop it either.

I’m using a version just d/l today – 4.0.141842.828

What do I need to do here?

What exactly does the alert says? Can you post a screenshot of it?
