Firefox cannot update in the Sandbox

Even though Firefox has managed to update to version 30.0 in the normal environment, in the sandbox, it will not update. Each time I start Firefox in the Sandbox I get the message “The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again.”
Of course I have ensured that there are indeed no other versions running but this till happens.

How can I overcome this problem?

Problem solved.
Reset Sandbox, and then Firefox updated OK!!

After you reset the sandbox you shouldn’t have had to update the new sandboxed Firefox as it would have basically been a copy of the normal version which you already updated.

Whenever I update Firefox I first reset the sandbox then update the normal version of Firefox, then when I start a new sandboxed Firefox it is now the latest version.
