When I try to update the firewall I get this message - see attached. How do I correct this?

This error seems to be common, mainly when trying to update the antivirus database. I suggest that you retry after a few hours and a reboot. Could be that the servers are too busy.

Thanks, but no go. It always stops a 4 per cent. Automatic update or manual the same.
Question - if I install the latest version can I do it without installing the Sandbox? Or if not, can the Sandbox be deactivated?
