Filter/Sort on rule lists

It can be difficult to find a rule in the lists. A way of sorting the lists by application name and/or a way to filter the lists would be useful.

Any window with a list should be sortable (and as I attempt to come up with new designs for CIS, I’ll make sure to make any list sortable).

I’ve already implemented a sort function in my Application System Activity Control redesign.
