Files missing from backup

I just completed a backup of My Pictures and My Documents and Comodo reported “the backup process has been completed successfully.” I was using a simple copy format. Checking the resulting backup shows most of the files did not get copied. I was backing up 120 GB but only 8GB were actually copied. Logs are attached. Thanks.

Hi

The logs don’t contain all the information during backup operation since they have a 200KB size limitation to avoid consuming too much disk space.

Can you please enable logging to file, in backup step 3, then try again?
If possible, please mention an item in the source directories, that was not backed up, although it should have been.
