File Submission Error in CAV Free v4; is a special Port required?

I can’t seem to submit files to Comodo for analysis. Every time I try using the Antivirus “Submit Files” feature, the dialog hangs for a while, then pretends to show progress and finally the results dialog pops up with a result of “Submission Error!” Is there a special port that I need to open in my firewall for file submissions? (I’m not referring to the Comodo Firewall as I’m not using it–I have the stand-alone Comodo Antivirus Free installed–but I have a hardware firewall.)


I don’t think so, I have errors all the time. This is something Comodo needs to work on.
