File Not Found

Last couple of days a webpage I frequent reports:

File not found
IceDragon can’t find the file at http://www.enviro-lawyer.com/Links.html.

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

The file exists. I can view other pages from the same domain. I can view the problem page in Chrome and IE no problem.

Any ideas?

I am not experiencing any issues on that page.
Please clear your browsing data and try again.
Ctrl+Shift+Delete

If that fails, try with your extensions disabled.
