File names are missing in Gmail

Hellow, everybody!

The problem is that when I download letter’s attachment in Google Mail opened in CD, if the file name is in Cyrrilic letters, the browser substitutes it with word “attachment” — followed by extention, if it’s “doc”, “jpg” or something, or even not, if it’s “rar”, for example.

i.e. “Проект ЖУРНАЛА.doc” transformes into “attachment.doc
or “Москва в ритмах народов мира.rar” — just into “attachment”.

It’s realy awkward. Moreover, there is no such problem in Google Chrome.

The CD version I’m using is 16.2.1.0, no addons. Win 7 64 bit. Administrator account, UAC — Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer…
