File added to file list as trusted is not saving.

I have been trying to add an executable to the file list in the File Rating section of Comodo Advanced Settings, to make the executable trusted.

I can add the executable fine and I click okay in the bottom right of the advanced settings window. When I exit Comodo Advanced Settings and go back to the file list my added executable is no longer on the list.

I then tried adding various other files to the file list and they did not save either.

Am I missing something obvious? Any help would be appreciated.

Does this happen with all executables that you try or just some? With what executables does this happen?

In the past CIS used to have a hard coded white list alongside the list you see. I am wondering if that might be playing a role here.
