Hi guys, for a while now if I save a web site to favorites, when I restart the computer they are gone. I have tried saving them in different folders to see if that was the problem but no. All I have is historic favorites I cannot save new ones. HELP! :-[

Hi I run Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I used to use Explorer and Firefox but in the last 2 years or so I only use the Chrome version of Comodo. Version 24.2.0.0 :love:
Are you running Dragon in a sandbox of any kind?
Not to my limited knowledge! How do I find out? :embarassed:

If you do not know about running in a sandbox, I presume you are not running in one. 
I also presume the issue is with Dragon only.
This could be caused by some corruption in Dragons user profile.
I would be inclined to try a new user profile, understanding that customizations, personal preferences, bookmarks/favourites etc will not roll over to the new profile.
Before creating a new Dragon user profile you can export your existing bookmarks/favourites to a HTML file and then import from that file into the new user profile.
