I use fast user switching with multiple accounts on my computer.
I get a comodo firewall is off message when switching users for a
few seconds than the comodo tray icon shows the firewall is on.
Does that mean comodo is really off when swithing between users?

This doesn’t mean CFP is off, there is just a delay in it reporting its status. CFP is active from the time you turn on your PC to the time it goes off.
