It is compatable with WIN 7 32 bit Home Premium which I checked since I will be updating to from WIN XP SP 3. 
Are you wondering if CIS is compatible with Windows 7? Yes, it is.
On an anecdotal note. I have been using CIS on Windows 7 from the days Win 7 was still in beta.
