Our files which is the executable file for installing our application, and the Casino Software produced for and licensed by our company is being mistakenly classified as Adware by Comodo Antivirus. In other words Comodo is issuing a “false positive” against this important file. We present this request, along with the subject file, in order to provide Comodo with details about the file in question so that Comodocan verify that such allegations of the Antivirus are false. Our program connects to the internet for different reasons, such as to download resource files (program art) and to communicate back to the server so that the player’s game activity is recorded. However, we never allow nor have we programmed this application to be Adware. This errant classification is hurting our business and we respectfully request that it be corrected.
