False positive

when instaling service pack1 trough windows update cis found this:C:\Windows\WinSxS\Temp\PendingRenames\208dcc633014cd010a0d00009013e013.amd64_microsoft-windows-qos_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_0c716dff6e442c24_pacer.sys_c93de3d8 Malware[at]3w4snyg7u2zu3 it didn`t let me install the servce pack from microsoft! i had to temporary disable it
think its a false positive

the file is in cis quarantine and i don´t know how ho upload it! if you could explain to me i would be very apreaceated in sending it to comodo! thank you!
