Hi,

Our product is being detected as containing “Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Small.egh”, when it contains absolutely no code that could be classified as a downloader.

The file it is complaining about, is modified from time-to-time by the parent application.

Please email the specific file that is flaged by CBOClean to :

malwaresubmit [ at ] avlab.comodo.com

Specify in the subject line that it is a “False Positive”.
And zip and password protect it with “infected” and include that information in the body.

Can you provide a web submission form please?

I also have a false positive by BOClean (VirusTotal scans clean.) I use Gmail and it does not allow executable files to be sent, even inside a password protected zip file.
