False positive of TrojWare.Win32.Swizzor.~NB@101001761 for PER183.DLL

I’m getting an alert for the file PER183 (and others) used by the tax application from Drake Software. I think it’s a false positive (not detected by other anti virus program). In addition I cannot ignore the files they are still detected even though I added the directory as well as the individual files. The affected files are on a network and show up in the virus scan as \Device\LanmanRedirector\MyCompany1\Drive_G\ but it is mapped as drive G:\

I tried adding exclusions using the path \Device\LanmanRedirector.… etc but that didn’t work either. I am attaching a copy of the DLL in question. The DB version is 4557 update 4/10/2010, software version is 3.13.126709.581
