false alarm from CIS for windows system files

These days, CIS always happen false alarm for windows system files.Why?

They are:
C:\WINDOWS$NtServicePackUninstall$\imscinst.exe (Microsoft translation component)
C:\WINDOWS$NtServicePackUninstall$\msmsgs.exe (MSN message)
C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386\ddraw.dll

Because I deleted last file, I recovered system by CTM after getting many warning dialog windows. I am sure they are normal files. I hope Comodo support could reduce these false alarms. Otherwise it is a new risk for our system security.
