Let us suppose i want to extract in a file all of the registry all keys pertinent to some software, i could, e.g., type “comodo” as a search word.
Regedit does not do the job, as it only shows successive found keys.
As illustrated in these same forums, some softwares, e.g. Registrar Lite
(http://downloads.bjgarrick.com/files/RegistrarLite.zip)
actually show the list, but fail to export it (unless i did myself) to, say, a text, reg, or html file.
Maybe a dos FIND syntax could also do the job, but i don’t remember the appropriate syntax.
