exclude list not read/write modsec2.whitelist.conf?

Hi Friends,

It is possible to use the whitelist file cmc instead of waf?

example:

Exclude conf: /etc/httpd/global/zzz_exclude_global.conf

Change to: /usr/local/apache/conf/modsec2.whitelist.conf

Thus, waf identifies the white list of the CMC?

Seems to work, but the exclude list is not able to read / write to a new address in the exclusion file.

Hello,

You may want to have a look at my post here

https://forums.comodo.com/free-modsecurity-rules-comodo-web-application-firewall/comodo-rules-and-configserver-cmc-t101219.0.html

Thanks Steve,

I have included Include “/usr/local/apache/conf/modsec2.whitelist.conf” in /usr/local/apache/conf/modsec2.conf

I’ll continue testing
