Why does Dragon 6.0.0.10 sometimes say a site has an EV SSL certificate (green address bar), and sometimes not?

I think that is more due to the webpage than Dragon. There are resources on the page that are insecure according to Page Info.

With JavaScript disabled, everything on https://www.comodo.com/ is encrypted.

You can also test e.g. https://www.icabanken.se/ Green, white, green, white, green, white… 88)

I have the same problem if i try it Opera browser and if i disable JavaScript the problem goes away.

On the page of comodo.com there is a connection to insecure sites(facebk,twier…)
located in the lower right corner of the page and that is why comodo.com is not secure
while in https mode.
Before comodo introduced the insecure sytes connections the https was allways green and secure.

This seems to be fixed now. Address bar is always green in Dragon 8.0.0.4 when visiting a site with an EV SSL certificate (if all content is encrypted).

And https://www.Comodo.com/ has been fixed too (with a few exceptions ;)).
