error number 0x800ccc19

Hi, I am using Outlook Express and I get the following message: Error Number: 0x800CCC19
I think it’s a problem with my AntiVirus Comodo IS.
Can somebody help me ? :cry:

Are you using the full CIS with firewall as well? Are you getting any alerts from Comodo about Internet connection requests? What are your Email settings i.e. POP3, IMAPI. And who is your mail email provider?
