Error Message: Location is not available

When I browse to Comodo Cloud on my PC, if I try to open any of the folders such as “Dropped Files” or “My Files,” etc., it gives me the following error message:

Location Is Not Available
E:\Dropped Files is not accessible.
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

Waiting a while does not fix it.
Restarting the computer does not fix it.
Repairing the installation does not fix it.

I love the Comodo products, so hopefully someone will be able to offer a response. What I back up in the cloud is essentially priceless, so I have to be sure the program will work.

It has been nearly a month since my post–with all the diagnostic information–and no one from COMODO even acknowledges this post?

Also, taking a look around this forum, the response rate of COMODO support seems to be 3 to 4 posts per year.

The market is saturated with other cloud services (Dropbox, GDrive, Box, Sugarsync, SkyDrive); this is a bit disappointing.

I’ll still be checking this on the off-chance that anyone from the company cares.
