1st installation on windows 7 64bit. Everything went ok, but when I try to do anything (scan, update, etc) I get the error message “Update failed. Error code 0x80004002: not such interface supported”. Diagnostics find there is a problem with the installation, but can’t fix it. Any help?
That indicates it cannot connect to the update servers. Does the problem still occur?
If so try adding and enabling “http://eu1.download.comodo.com/” to the server list in Preferences → Updates and try again. I think there are 5 EU servers. So you can add four more servers to see if that helps you out. Don’t forget to change the settings back to only “http://download.comodo.com/” when done.
