"Error Loading Nvcpl.dll. Access is Denied"

This is my 2nd post on this issue but noone has responded so, I am posting again. I am currently playing a game called Rohan Online Blood Feud. I was able to play the game fine, but after installing Comodo Internet Security I get this Run DLL Error when I try to start the game. “Error Loading Nvcpl.dll. Access is Denied”. I have a Nvidia GeForce 6800 GS Video card. I have 2 gig of System Ram and 256 mb video memory.

I have tried disabling the firewall, I have added all the game files and the nvidia files into the router and the port setting of CIS no matter what I do I still get this error. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to work. This game Rohan is the only one that causes a conflict between CIS and the Nvidia Driver. I have tried deleteing the restore points and the prefetch files and running the registry cleaner and defragmentation programs. I have ran online scans and scans in safe mode and no virus or infections are found. I have tried installing the game and drivers in safe mode and still no success, I still get the same error.

This error is a Run Dll error and apparently this file is the NVCPL.DLL 6.14.11.9107 NVIDIA Compatible Windows 2000 Display driver, Version 191.07 that is failing to load. The game will still start and play but, that error is very annoying since, it pops-up every time the game starts.
