Error IOCTL 10145

We have a constant issue with backup on our server 2008. We are getting IOCTL 101450. I’ve run check disk and have no issues. Any suggestions on what to do to correct. If I do a file level backup it works.

Also, I’d like to make a suggestion which you may not be able to do anything about. What I’ve experienced is that whenever a new build comes up, my backups stop happening until I update the software. Also, the really biggy is that each update requires a reboot of the system. Two of the machines are on servers…1 of these is critical and reboots need to be few and far between and can only happen in the middle of the night.
