I have since uninstalled and reinstalled (twice, once on Administrator Account and once on Limited User Account) and after both occasions it has worked correctly.
I tried it twice because the original install where the problem occurred was done on a Limited User Account and I thought the problem may have been associated with that.
CIS 3.9.74913.496 with AV, Threatfire, Windows Defender, Spybot TeaTimer, WinPatrol (all latest versions)
