Error in Defense+

I just installed the free version of Comodo and I get an error message stating Defense+ is not working correctly. I ran the Diagnostic utility to auto fix the unknown problems, but this failed to work either. I saved the diagnostic file and the only “Failed” items were as follows:

CisDiagReport Status=“Failed” Version=“4.0.141842.828” OS=“6.1.7600 SP 0.0 64 bit”>



I simply do not understand what these entries mean. What am I suppose to do?

I installed CIS4.0 64-bit on Windows running Win7

comodo 64bits is still making trouble for many ppl.

try to use the 32bit vercion
