Error 55 ... access denied

Getting error 55 now. It started couple weeks ago. Installed program 6-7 months ago and work without a problem. Now I am getting this error msg.

Threads say to check access permissions.
How/where do I check the access permissions.

I have backups set to run at 1am. Computer does not go into sleep mode as I need it on for remote access.

I can go in and select retry and backup works just fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

The issue with error 55 should be fixed in 4.0 version which is now in BETA stage.
