Error: 1722 The RPC Server is unavailabe (Comodo V3)

Dear Comodo Users,

Every time I initially try to connect to the internet the above message appears, together with the statement:’ Cannot Load the Remote Access Connection Manager Service.’ However, once I have gained access to the internet it will then allow me to re-connect (Defense+ disabled and then re-enabled)!

I have tried in vain to customize the settings, but have been unsuccessful in rectifying the problem.
