Every time I try to do an update, I receive an error: 112. When I run a diagnostic test, it reports an error that cannot be fixes. I use Vista 32 and COMODO 3.0.22.349.
Your version may be to out of date to update. Your version is back from April. Your best off doing a complete uninstall and reinstall of the latest version. I use Revo Uninstaller in Advanced mode when uninstalling anything. Any questions on how to use Revo just ask.
I just installed Comodo yesterday–I’d think it would be the newest version. Why would they have me install an old version. I still got Error 112 “Unable to copy file:chp.chm” when I ran the update. I run XP, by the way, and haven’t been able to successfully install SP3. Would that make a difference? Also I had been using Zone Alarm, but I used Win’s Add/Remove to remove it.
What version did you install and where did you download it from?
Well try downloading it from this site. Always try and download any software from that manufactures site. Also do not use a 3rd party downloader and delete your old download. When I go to the PCWorld site I get a version from back in March. Your link doesn’t work.
