error 109 "can't extract the soft"

actually, I got a problem while doing the set up for the firewall … i have installed the software from the official site of comodo … however, when i double click onto the set up icon it shows this error: ERROR: 109: NOT ABLE TO EXTRACT InCompatSw.INI … any solution for this issue, please let me know
