Error 102

I have searched and found the answers but can’t for the life of me find the tick/untick box referred to - someone point me in the right direction please - my wife says I am old and stupid…maybe she is right!!!

Are You Using Windows Vista Or Windows XP ?

What tick/untick box are you referring to? What version of CIS are you using? Look under Miscellaneous → About. Do you have the url’s still present for the topics where you found the mentioned solutions?

What exactly is the error? Is it for updating the program or AV database?

Sorry about the confusion…I am running CIS 3.8.65951.477 in Windows XP and the ‘box’ I refer to is the answer given to various ‘Error 102’ problems - and identified in the link shown in one of the replies - hope that makes things clearer
